Products
- All items are in good condition and complete, if not it will be mentioned in the description.
- Slight imperfections will not always be mentioned.
- Coloured maps are coloured recently, unless stated otherwise.
Pricing
- Buyers outside the EC (european community) are excluded from paying VAT
- Prices include the VAT or specify the Dutch tax policy "Marge regeling"/Prijzen met een zijn inkl. BTW. Meestal is de "Marge regeling" van toepassing waardoor de BTW niet wordt gespecificeerd op de factuur.
- Private citizens of the EC are charged for books: 6 % VAT; for maps prints and globes: 19 % VAT.
- Customers with a VAT registration number in other EC countries are zero-rated.
Payment methods
All purchases may be returned for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the map for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as when the item left the gallery.
- If you wish to return an item, please follow these instructions:
- Phone or email us a message that you plan to return an item purchased. While it is not required that you give us a reason for the return, we always appreciate an explanation.
- Returned items should be properly secured and packed before shipping.
- Returned items should be shipped back using the same shipping method (or upgraded) as the original shipment and adequately insured.
- We typically issue refunds within 2 business days of the receipt of a returned item.
